Passion is described as having, compelled by, or ruled by intense emotion or strong feeling; fervid. This is exactly what I feel when helping and serving others. I’ve always found myself thriving while working in the care and service industries. I find it fulfilling when I am able to help others. In this case, I truly enjoy helping guide and represent others during their real estate purchase or sale. I thoroughly appreciate that every real estate transaction is different and I love being challenged to learn new things in this ever-changing market.

Other things I am passionate about:

• I love adventuring in the outdoors with spontaneity- backpacking, hiking, and exploring new places. I have an obsession with the forest and moss.

• Weightlifting is one of my favorite things to do, which means I’m a gym rat, ha.

• I love animals and learning random facts about them. My favorites are bears, bees, red pandas, dolphins and otters.

• My role as a mother is one of my most cherished.

Little-known fact about me: I was a 911 dispatcher for about three years here in Colorado. I answered thousands of calls, some more severe than others, some that I will never forget, and some that were just hilarious. I loved the job but the long hours (sometimes 16 hour shifts) and adrenaline dumps were brutal. For a while I was working part-time as a dispatcher and full-time in mortgage lending.

My experience in mortgage lending allowed me to fulfill my passion for helping others and connecting with them, providing a hands-on approach that ultimately led to a career change into real estate. This experience highlighted the value of guiding clients through a complex process and fostered a desire for direct interaction and support, which aligns well with the role of a real estate agent.

As different as mortgage lending may seem from what I do now, it was truly my first stepping stone in realizing that real estate was the perfect mix of all the things I love to do.
