Hey y’all!!

I’m Adriana, but you can call me Andy! I’ve been licensed since early 2021 and have specialized in first time home buyers and VA buyers from the start. I’m from Texas originally and wound up in Colorado when my husband was stationed at Carson . We couldn’t have been more thrilled that it was his last duty station. I know how stressful PCSing is. I know how hard the “hurry up and wait” is. I know how hard buying sight-unseen can be. I get it all. And I’m here to walk you through every single step!

We fell in love with the area so much that we decided to stay once my husband got out of the military. We’ve been here since 2017 and grew our family from two cats, to three cats and two rescue pups. So yes, a lint roller is my best friend. When we bought our first home in 2018, it was the most exciting and accomplishing feeling I had ever had. Using our VA loan for the first time was also much less stressful than we anticipated! In late 2020, during all of the craziness and uncertainty, I remembered that feeling and decided to go to school to become licensed and provide that same feeling for my clients. The happiness. The accomplishment. The excitement to create a home out of a house. Seeing my clients faces when I hand them the keys to their first, second, or tenth home is the most rewarding thing I’ve ever felt and it never gets old.

I fight for my clients. Not physically or anything, apparently that’s frowned upon. But I will always look out for your best interest and make sure I’m exceeding expectations to get you through the process of buying or selling your home. It can be stressful, but I’m a hand holder to the extent in which you need. I strive to always be available and answer any questions or concerns to make sure you feel 100% ready and comfortable to move forward with either situation. I commit to my clients to have the best service as well as clear lines of communication to ease your mind and never leave you not understanding every step of the process in depth.
